We had children in mind right from the start for the development of Explorer. That’s why we focused on three major aspects:

Safety and Durability – children want to probe and take things apart. How does it taste? How does it smell? How does it feel? How does it look on the inside? This probing curiosity is true for their hearing instruments. You don't have to worry about that. We have taken the utmost care to made Explorer as safe and durable as possible.

Audibility – hearing is important in speech and language development in infants and young children. We have brought together and developed audiological technology to ensure that your child can say those first precious words in their lives.

Flexibility – Explorer grows as your child grows. For example, the baby-safe battery door lock is a feature for babies and the Explorer upgrade can use modern communication devices like MP3-players especially for teenagers. At each stage, we provide the appropriate accessories.
